The loan is available regardless of income, and in most cases, regardless of credit history. The loan is made possible through the cooperation of private and public organizations, and is administered by ShoreBank Enterprise Cascadia.
• Willapa Bay (Pacific County): For residential property owners in Pacific County, ShoreBank Enterprise Cascadia, in partnership with Pacific County and the State of Washington, is able to offer low-interest loans to repair or replace existing septic systems in areas around Willapa Bay. The goal of the Pacific County septic repair and replacement program is to protect the water quality of Willapa Bay so the local oyster industry can continue to support the many jobs and other economic contributions it makes to this watershed.
